Agreement for sellers
By creating, operating or continuing to use a seller store, you agree to this Seller Agreement, the Withdrawal Policy, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Acceptance of This Agreement
This Seller Agreement forms an agreement between Lexteck Networks and each person or organisation operating a seller account on the platform.
A seller may not operate a store, set prices, receive earnings or request withdrawals unless the seller accepts and follows this agreement.
Where a seller operates on behalf of a business or organisation, the seller confirms that they have the authority to act for that business or organisation.
2. Seller Account Requirements
Sellers must provide accurate and current information, including their name, email address, contact information and any details required for account or payout verification.
A seller is responsible for:
- protecting their password and email account;
- keeping one-time verification codes and security credentials confidential;
- reviewing login, wallet and withdrawal activity;
- promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access;
- maintaining accurate store and support information; and
- ensuring that persons using the account have permission.
Sellers must not sell, transfer, rent or share their seller account with another person without approval.
3. Public Seller Store
Each approved seller may receive a public store page through which customers can view and purchase supported products.
Sellers may be allowed to configure store information, including:
- store name and description;
- support contact information;
- community or information links;
- product selling prices;
- store notices; and
- whether the store is open or temporarily closed.
Sellers must not publish false, misleading, offensive, unlawful or unauthorised information on their store.
Lexteck Networks may remove or restrict store content that creates legal, security, customer or reputational risk.
4. Products, Availability and Pricing
Sellers may offer only products and variations approved and made available through the platform.
Sellers may be permitted to add a markup to the applicable platform or seller base price.
Pricing restriction
A seller must not set a selling price below the minimum permitted price or attempt to bypass the platform’s pricing controls.
Lexteck Networks may update product availability, base prices, service descriptions and permitted selling ranges where operationally necessary.
Sellers must not promise guaranteed or instant delivery where delivery depends on network or provider conditions.
5. Customer Service Responsibilities
Sellers are expected to:
- provide customers with clear and accurate information;
- explain that delivery estimates may change because of network or provider conditions;
- respond reasonably to order and delivery questions;
- verify order references before making claims or reports;
- avoid promising refunds before investigation;
- direct customers to the official order-tracking system where appropriate;
- avoid sharing sensitive customer or voucher information;
- communicate respectfully; and
- escalate genuine platform or provider issues through the approved support process.
Sellers must not intentionally redirect ordinary customer support responsibilities to Lexteck Networks where the matter can reasonably be handled by the seller.
6. Orders, Delivery and Complaints
Orders placed through a seller store are processed using platform payment, verification and fulfilment systems.
Sellers should not treat an order as failed merely because it remains pending, paid, processing, awaiting or validating.
A seller must not repeatedly submit duplicate reports or pressure support to reverse an order that remains valid and under active processing.
Customers are responsible for receiver numbers and other information they confirm during checkout. Successfully delivered wrong-number orders are generally not refundable.
Seller handling of delivery and refund matters must remain consistent with the Refund and Delivery Policy .
7. Customer Payments
Customer payments made through the public store are processed using the approved platform checkout and payment provider.
Sellers must not create misleading payment links or claim that an external transaction was completed through the platform when it was not.
Sellers must not alter receipts, payment references, transaction evidence or order records.
A successful customer payment does not necessarily mean seller earnings are immediately available for withdrawal. Payment verification, order processing and platform rules may apply first.
8. Seller Wallet and Earnings
A seller wallet may record earnings, credits, withdrawals, reversals and other platform-approved adjustments.
Seller earnings are generally calculated from the difference between the permitted selling price and applicable base price, less any disclosed platform or transaction charges.
Wallet balances shown on the platform are system records and may be reviewed where there is suspected error, duplicate credit, fraud, payment reversal or reconciliation issue.
Lexteck Networks may correct a clearly erroneous or duplicate wallet entry where supported by transaction evidence.
A seller must not attempt to manipulate wallet balances, order prices, earnings, credits or withdrawal records.
9. Seller Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to the current minimum, maximum, account-verification, security and processing rules displayed on the withdrawal page.
Depending on platform settings, withdrawals may be processed manually or through an automatic transfer provider.
Sellers must use a verified payout account belonging to or authorised for use by the seller.
Adding or switching a payout account may require password confirmation, email verification and a security waiting period before withdrawals are allowed.
Automatic transfers may be paused where a security circuit breaker detects repeated gateway failures or where the platform disables automatic payouts.
Detailed withdrawal rules are contained in the Withdrawal Policy .
10. Customer Information and Privacy
Sellers may receive access to limited customer and order information required to operate their store and provide support.
Sellers must use customer information only for legitimate order, delivery, support, refund and store-related purposes.
Sellers must not:
- sell or trade customer information;
- add customers to unrelated marketing lists without appropriate permission;
- publicly share receiver numbers, transaction details or voucher information;
- use customer information to harass or threaten anyone;
- retain customer information longer than reasonably necessary; or
- attempt to access information belonging to another seller’s customers.
Sellers must handle personal information consistently with the Privacy Policy .
11. Branding and Platform Identity
Sellers may identify their public store using their approved store name and permitted branding.
Sellers must not falsely claim to own Lexteck Networks, operate the platform, represent platform administration or have authority they have not been granted.
Platform names, software, designs, documentation and branding remain the property of their respective owners.
Sellers must not copy or modify platform branding in a way that misleads customers or creates a fraudulent service.
12. Prohibited Seller Conduct
A seller must not:
- engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- use stolen or unauthorised payment information;
- mislead customers about delivery or product availability;
- promise guaranteed delivery times outside platform control;
- manipulate prices, orders, wallets or withdrawals;
- create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions;
- submit false refund, payment or delivery evidence;
- misuse customer data;
- bypass identity, OTP or payout security controls;
- harass customers, other sellers or platform staff;
- attempt to compromise platform security; or
- encourage customers to violate the Terms, Refund Policy or Acceptable Use Policy.
13. Store Restriction and Suspension
Lexteck Networks may temporarily restrict or suspend a seller account or store where reasonably necessary to:
- investigate suspected fraud or security issues;
- protect customers or funds;
- resolve wallet or transaction discrepancies;
- respond to repeated customer complaints;
- prevent misleading or unlawful activity;
- comply with a provider or payment requirement; or
- enforce this agreement and related policies.
During a restriction, the seller may lose access to some functions, including store sales, withdrawals, pricing changes or account management.
Serious security or fraud concerns may require immediate action without prior notice.
14. Closing or Terminating a Seller Account
A seller may request closure of their store or seller account, subject to completion of outstanding orders, disputes, withdrawals and financial reconciliation.
Lexteck Networks may permanently terminate a seller account for serious or repeated violations, fraud, unauthorised access, unlawful activity or unacceptable risk.
Account closure does not remove responsibilities relating to earlier transactions, customer complaints, refunds, investigations or legal obligations.
Information may be retained after closure where reasonably required for transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or applicable obligations.
15. Seller Responsibility and Liability
Sellers are responsible for their store information, communications, customer support conduct, account security and compliance with this agreement.
A seller is responsible for loss or harm caused by their fraud, deliberate misconduct, misuse of customer data, false statements or unauthorised access they enabled.
Lexteck Networks is not responsible for seller promises, external payments, unauthorised services or statements made outside approved platform functions.
Network operators, payment providers and fulfilment providers may experience interruptions outside the direct control of Lexteck Networks.
Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Sellers should first attempt to resolve concerns through the approved platform support and review process.
Where a matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an appropriate court, payment provider, regulator or dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction.
Privacy and personal-data concerns may be submitted to:

Lexteck Networks may update this agreement when platform features, seller services, fees, payment systems, security practices or operational requirements change. The revised agreement will display a new last-updated date.
